Shipping policy

    • All items are made to order unless otherwise stated

    • Please allow 3-7 business days for processing prior to shipment.  Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
    • During peak seasons, sales, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be extended.
    • Once your order ships, delivery time is determined y the shipping carrier selected at checkout (USPS, UPS, or other third-party carriers).
    • Shipped in protective packaging with tracking
    • Rush orders & bulk pricing available—just message us!
  • Shipping Delays (Limited Liability)

          We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond                our control including but not limited to:

    • Carrier delays or service disruptions
    • Weather conditions
    • Natural disasters
    • Labor shortages or strikes
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
    • Peak shipping periods (holidays, sales events, etc.)

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and marked as shipped, Vivid Ink Designs is no longer responsible for delivery speed or delays.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
    • If tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.
    • We recommend shipping to a secure location.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.
    • Orders are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
  • Custom & Personalized Items
    • All custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or replacements due to shipping delays once the item has shipped.
